In the sacret village of Yarbasan Tas Evleri which was meant to reencarnate the ancient Halikarnasus in a housing project, is a small restaurant Erenler Sofrasi, the name comes from the Sufi understanding of inviting all. The menu can be described as Mediterranean Fusion. It is our passion to cook the wonderfull fresh and wild vegetables in different styles, one day pumpkins will be sweets served with wallnuts as cooked the Turkish way or the other day it will be a raw salad mixed with green herbs.

What is always in our dishes is the extra virgin olive oil of the region. We also cook meat, fish and poultry again with a never ending passion to research the old receipes aswell as creating new ones.

The medieval athmosphere of the Yarbasan Tas Evleri Village, and soft Jazz music at the back ground adds alot to this place to make it an unforgettable zone for the lovers of food and wine.
